Step-by-Step: Build Your AI OS in 60 Minutes
Step 1 – Create Your Folder Structure (10 min)
Inside ChatGPT, create 8 folders named after the life areas above. Each folder will store prompts, ideas, and logs specific to that area.
Example: Folder: Health & Vitality Files: “Protein Tracker Prompt”, “Workout GPT”, “Sleep Log GPT”
Step 2 – Build Your Life Dashboard (10 min)
Use one ChatGPT chat as your main control hub. Title it AI Life Dashboard. This is where you’ll manage your week, goals, and decisions.
Ask ChatGPT: “Act as my AI Life OS Dashboard. Summarize tasks and key actions across all 8 life areas weekly.”
Step 3 – Add Your Core GPTs (15 min)
You’ll want 3 foundational GPTs:
Planner GPT – Handles time-blocking, habit scheduling, and reminders.
Content GPT – Handles creative writing, journaling, and reflection prompts.
Insight GPT – Analyzes your patterns, progress, and habits across life areas.
Ask ChatGPT: “Help me create a Custom GPT that manages my [area]. I’ll upload reference files, tone, and goals.”
Step 4 – Upload Your Personal Data (15 min)
Feed ChatGPT the real you:
PDFs: goals, affirmations, routines
CSVs: tracking data (steps, weight, revenue, etc.)
Notes: reflections, to-dos, project ideas
This personalizes every GPT to your voice and lifestyle.
Step 5 – Automate Your Daily Ritual (10 min)
Set one morning and one evening prompt sequence.
Morning prompt:
“List my top 3 priorities for today based on my goals. Keep it simple and achievable.”
Evening prompt:
“Summarize my progress today and note 1 improvement for tomorrow.”
Consistency beats complexity.
