Below is an onboarding video that will take you through the website and show you how to access all the elements of your memberships. I would start my journey here by watching this video first.
I LOST MY PASSWORD, WHAT DO I DO?
If there comes a time where you forget your password, it's really easy to remedy this situation. Simply click on the right corner of the site, as if you were logging in. Then click on "Forgot Password" and then the system will initiate an email to be sent to you with a link that you will click and follow the prompts to create your new password.
HOW DO I CREATE MY PERSONAL PROFILE?
Simply log into your account through the log in function at the top right of the screen (on desktops & laptops) and through the square menu on your mobile. Once you have logged in, click on your name at the top right of the screen and this will bring up a drop down menu. Click profile. Then, click, edit profile. You can then add an image to your profile, a background to that image, change your account information and add a description to your profile to let other members get to know you a bit better.
HOW DO I ACCESS THE WEEKLY COACHING SESSIONS? (PREMIUM/VIP/AMBASSADOR)
The weekly coaching sessions are held on Wednesdays at 3:30pm EST. Review the menu called Training , it will have a list of the up to date training schedule . I usually post a reminder in the Premium Group the day before the sessions so make sure your notifications are on. Simply click the link in the post, it will take you directly to the training room. The coaching sessions are 60min long and no replays are available.
HOW DO I ACCESS THE MONTHLY EXPERT Q&A SESSIONS? (PREMIUM/VIP/AMBASSADOR)
The Monthly Expert Q&A sessions will be held on the 2nd or 3rd Wednesday of the month at 3:30pm EST. You can review the information on the Training page . On the day before the training, I post a reminder in the Premium and Ambassador groups. Simply click the link in that post and it will take you directly to the training room. The training will be taught for an hour, followed by a Q&A session of 30 minutes where you'll be able to ask questions. All the training sessions will be recorded and a replay of the video will be available on that training page 24 to 48hrs after the training has been completed. Please view the "Monthly Experts" page to get a list of the monthly experts that will be providing training. You'll also be able to take a deeper dive into their more intensive courses on their pages.
HOW DO I ACCESS THE CONTENT LIBRARY? (PREMIUM/VIP/AMBASSADOR)
Simply click on the top main menu "More" and you'll bring up a drop down with the "File Share" menu. Click on it and then click on the folder that connects to your membership type. If you have a VIP membership, click on the VIP folder. If you have a Premium or Ambassador membership, click on the Premium folder.
HOW DO I CONNECT & ENGAGE WITH OTHER MEMBERS?
The easiest way to do this is to click on the "About" menu item in the main menu at the top of the website and it will bring up a drop down menu. You can just click on the "members List" menu and this will bring up a list of all the members on the website. You can click on any member and this will take you to their profile and, from there, you can follow them or message them as well. They'll receive the message once they get on the site and if you are on as well at the same time, you'll be able to chat "LIVE" through the chat feature (which acts a lot like Messenger in FB).
HOW DO I JOIN & ENGAGE WITH THE GROUPS?
Simply go to the top menu and click on "About". This will bring a drop down menu where you'll be able to click on the Group List menu item. This will take you to the group listing. Simply click on the group you would like to learn more about and it will open up the group. Some groups are public and others you must request to join and get approved by the admin in order to join as they are private groups. Simply click the "join" button and once you're approved, you'll be able to post within those groups and engage with other member's posts and comments. These groups work very much like FB groups.

HOW DO I GET ON THE "APP" VERSION OF THE WEBSITE?
Enter your phone number below to get a link on your phone to download the app OR...
Once you become a member of the website, you'll receive an invite URL link by email. When you click on the URL, it will take you to this landing page if you are on a desktop version and to the Google Play store or Apple App store if you are on your smart phone.
Once you have the app on your phone. Click to open the app. It will ask you to create an account on Wix. Click, "Sign Up" Create an account using the exact same credentials as you used to join my website for ease of use. It will ask you to look for sites to explore. (it will ask you to confirm your email. Make sure you do so.)
FOLLOW THE STEPS BELOW TO UPLOAD & NAVIGATE THE SPACES APP
Simply slide the images from right to left and click on them to enlarge them.
After you click "Sign Up", enter the same email you entered when joining my Klaude Furlong website. What this sign up is about is you creating an account on the Wix platform. Because Spaces is a Wix created platform, you need to be a member of Wix to use it. Simply enter the same email and click "to Login".
In your onboarding email, you should have received an email with a code to join the app. Ensure you have this code on hand for the next step. Click the "Join With Code" and enter the code on the next page.
Once you get to this page, you will notice the top profile. Don't be confused, this profile is attached to your "WIX" site, not the Klaude Furlong site. The bottom (the one with a pink circle) profile is the one you need to click on in order to open your profile on the Klaude Furlong website.
